eBay is stuck in a law suit with the original owners of its recently acquired VoIP service

Skype is a very much favored VoIP service which could potentially be in some sort of trouble, momentarily. There was a lawsuit that was recently brought up against Skype's new owners, eBay, which could indeed end up with the software being permanently broken.
