Thomas L. Cardella & Associates (TLCA), a contact center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa announced it's plans on establishing additional contact center 75 miles away. The new facility will need more than 185 entry - level and 15 managerial jobs that would generate about 4$ million annual payroll and will be having benefits as well.
TLCA official says the they use an Avaya VoIP system for inbound and outbound calls. The company also leverages technology, particularly flexible architecture and design philosophies, to build custom solutions
