Ralph de la Vega, AT&T's consumer services head, had made a few interesting remarks that might surely affect the growth of mobile VoIP. At the UBS investor conference is where he had made mention of such, and de la Vega said that AT&T would surely be giving heavy mobile data users an incentive, in order of them to cut back on their data usage and so on.
Forty percent of data usage on the iPhone had come from audio and video data streams by about four percent of the user base, according to AT&T.
