Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) has replaced telephone communications carried on over physical wires connected to a switch box. This type of connection is based on the broad band internet connections and has extended by far the capabilities and features of telephone communications for small (and large) businesses. This writer tells us about several good reasons for making the change. One important one is that most small bussinesses already own the basic setup for the VoIP system: internet. Perhaps his last reason is the heaviest one: price. There is a one-time cost that will provide all the benefits.
