Hosted VoIP companies will weather the economic storm better if they focus on integrated and unified services, according to a report to Frost Sullivan.

Among the features that have to be integrated are voice, chat, conferencing, and business applications such as CRM.

Furthermore, according to the report, VoIP companies will continue to grow as small business operators find cheaper ways to maintain communication.
